Are all items you sell vintage?
No! While some of our items are vintage, we do curate second-hand items, which means they may be preowned, but modern goods.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on vintage or second-hand items. If an item is delivered damaged, please reach out to hello@shopnkem.com.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Our processing can take 3-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
