New Goods
We accept returns on unused items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at hello@shopnkem.com with your order number to start the return process. Please note- shipping fees are not refundable .
Vintage + Second Life
We do not accept returns unless an item is damaged in transit.
Due to the nature of vintage and second-hand items, they are not perfect and may come with character! Our goal is to provide quality curated items, however, items may show some wear and tear. We try to document any significant wear and tear in vintage and second-hand items within the product images and descriptions. We are happy to offer additional images and measurements on any item.
Damaged Items
Was your item damaged in transit? Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery date for items believed to be damaged in transit. Be sure to document any damages to shipping packaging as well as the item.

How do I purchase?

Are all items vintage?
No! While some of our items are vintage, we do curate second-hand items, which means they may be preowned, but modern goods.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on vintage or second-hand items. If an item is delivered damaged, please reach out to hello@shopnkem.com.
